In the first presentation, we will look at what makes an expert ‘an expert,’ how experts make their decisions and predictions, and why some experts might–or might not–make better decisions than the rest of us.

Since we tend to accept conclusions made by people recognized as experts, recognizing these factors is important… and you’d better prepare yourself for some surprises. What you will learn will serve you well.
